I do care about new strains of COVID or other diseases that we see commonly anymore, as it directly affects my work day. I work as a nurse in an ICU that has a respiratory focus for my hospital since I started there in 2020.

Since COVID as "cooled down" from the initial pandemic, we do see bumps in COVID patients when new strains pop up, especially those strains that hit a little harder.

Do I think we need to slam on the brakes and bring the world to a halt? Nope. But people who are more susceptible to respiratory illnesses or are immunocompromised should take precautions when in public, or those that frequently come into close contact with those groups of people should also take precautions to limit the possible spread to them.

That's sensible. But I think the general public is sick and tired of being forced to do this and forced to do that. This is an individual decision. Life is risky, there are lots of dangerous things in the world. That does not give a government the right to force people into submission. It's an individual choice and no one else's business what you decide to do or not to do to protect yourself.

The GOVERNMENT lies. Just look at the original vaccine card issued by the Government. A few days after the so-called vaccine was released, the card HAD SPACE FOR SIX BOOSTERS, that is, six boosters. What did they know and when?
