why doesn't miss. do something about their weight problem?

Well... the thing we need is... People informing the public about true health. For instance, I'm taking classes in college about Bacteria and I never knew a lot about bacteria until I took these classes so Knowledge Is Power. When we learn about making healthy choices, how to eat right and exercise we'll be able to copy that and add those habits into our own lives but I think most Americans already know how to lose weight because of all the weight loss TV shows we have like the biggest loser and all the health magazines so I do agree that it does have to be up to the person themselves if they want to lose weight.

lol and I'm also taking a class on anatomy and it actually made me want to exercise when I started learning about the bones in the body and.. the reason why I want to exercise now is so my bones can be healthy so as I age they won't get brittle and etc.

so I believe that people need the motivation themselves... people need to realize that eating out isn't always the healthier choice and people need to learn how to become healthy and... I think Americas problems are obvious:

1. we eat wayyyy too much (because of buffets, our freezers/ cupboards are loaded with easy to get/convenient/bad foods)

2. we don't move enough (computer/ tv/ hardly any walking/ technology)

and those are the reasons why we are fat or at least fatter...

i think America just needs to realize we have to do this together by sacrificing

Part of our culture? What does that mean exactly, people make choices for themselves, obviously not good ones sometimes but it's not part of our cuture.
