According to Google AI and WebMD, Type 2 Diabetes and Schizoeffective/schizophrenia are in fact caused by a genetic link. In otherwords, Diabetes causes Schizoeffective disorders.
I've asked medical doctors and psychiatrists whether Type 2 Diabetes was causing my mental health problems due to potential brain damage, and they said every time that they weren't aware of a link between the two conditions. According to Web MD, they may even be caused by the same genetic flaw for goodness sake.
I'm tired of "professionals" who don't know their own trade being the ones treating me, but I don't know who to trust to try to find better doctors or psychiatrists.
I am currently taking 20mg Abilify every day, because it's the ONLY pill they've invented that mostly stops the audible hallucinations, but even it doesn't work entirely correctly. I am going to request they boost the dosage to 30mg per day and see whether that works. They have tried every other pill invented on me so far, and most of them actually make the problem worse instead of helping.
on top of that, the pain of Type 2 Diabetes will drive you crazy to begin with It hurts worse than a man passing a kidney stone, and I already take an above average dosage of Gabapentin (Generic Neurontin).
One other thing. I won't be telling anyone my dreams ever again, whether or not they come to pass. Just know this, if God controls everything, then he does indeed control the weather and earthquakes, and it's not an accident if your home, business, or church gets destroyed in a disaster. It's not an accident I'm crazy either. It must somehow be God's will or plan or whatever. I didn't ask to be born with a genetic flaw, so I dont see how it's my fault either way.

I looked up the WebMD article. You totally didn't understand what it said. You should listen to your doctors, not some article from a poor source like WebMD that you don't even understand.
You must have read a different article. I have exceptional reading comprehension skills and the article I read literally states that there is a genetic link between T2 Diabetes and Schizophrenia. Google Ai confirmed it in a separate search.
Post a link. Or at least quote the exact part that you think says that. Quote the entire paragraph.
AI Overview
Yes, there is evidence of a shared genetic basis between Type 2 Diabetes (T2D) and schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, indicating a genetic link. Several studies have identified common susceptibility genes that play a role in both disorders, and polygenic risk scores for schizophrenia have been found to correlate with T2D. This suggests that shared genetic factors contribute to the high rate of comorbidity between these conditions.
Shared Genetic Factors:
Common Genes: Studies have found that certain genes are associated with both T2D and schizophrenia. Examples include the transcription factor gene TCF7L2, which is a known risk factor for T2D and has also been linked to schizophrenia.
Polygenic Risk Scores: A polygenic risk score (PRS) for schizophrenia has been found to be correlated with T2D in a case-control study, further supporting a genetic connection between the two disorders.
Biological Mechanisms:
Insulin Regulation: Functional proteins translated from these common genetic risk genes can regulate both neuronal development in the brain and insulin function in the pancreas.
Insulin Resistance: There is a strong association between insulin resistance and the risk for schizophrenia, with shared genetic factors linking these concepts.
Implications:
Understanding Comorbidity: The identification of these shared genetic factors provides a deeper understanding of why these two conditions frequently co-occur.
Biomarkers and Treatment: Dissecting the shared genetic architecture of T2D and schizophrenia could help identify new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for the prevention and treatment of these conditions.
Yeah, read below. I already did that.
Also, I actually experienced the symptoms of both disorders for the first time on the exact same day in 2004, which is the first time I had hallucinations and the first time I had "Diabetic Nerve Pain" aka "Idiopathic Poly Neuropathy".
