Tea has a bit. Chocolate has a bit too and is my own preference for a coffee-esque drink.
That said, the best thing you can do is exercise and expose yourself to new experiences. Exercise keeps the body energy up. Experiences are effectively fuel for the brain.

Overly hyped in what way? There is no cause for concern if this is just you being excited and feeling alive but if it results in trouble breathing, painful heart palpitations or alike it might be worth checking.
In general, as far as medicine has come, eating, sleeping and exercising is typically as effective as most medicine, with exceptions of course.

If you suffer with high anxiety coffee is the last thing you need.
There's no better drug for anxiety than alcohol
So become an alcoholic? Nice
Maybe you can try "Calm" tea by Tazo. I think they have it at Starbucks.
Also there's a variety of teas to calm you - like chamomile and sleepytime teas.
tea (not matcha) or even b12 supplements work
there's subreddits that can help you with this. i sometimes look up tips on them
just dont do anything that has caffeine lol

Anything that gives you energy from caffeine or that other crap that's in most energy drinks is going to be bad
Better eat an energy bar before training.
