Should I sue the fire department?

Location: Texas

I had a near death experience where I was choking and could not talk, breathe and I began to foam spit..

It took them a minute to come… I had to crawl to my aunts room and I’m looking at her in despair thinking this was it. I couldn’t talk. I had to signal phone. She was panicking.

The fire department came and they were all just looking at me about 6 of them… and I’m trying my best to not panic… I had severe periods where I couldn’t breathe and I was able to breathe by a hairline but I still could not talk.

They told me to “come sit on the couch “ I’m on my hands and knees. They didn’t come near me once. They said I was “breathing fine” but my voice had changed and my words skipping. It went down some but still noticeable. They never checked me or my pulse anything they just went by what they saw.. I was regurgitating and spitting up foam.

I kept telling them something is wrong and I was just dismissed and they treated me horribly and I felt even more scared. I had to beg for them to take me to the hospital. Coughing triggered it bad

They finally did and they didn’t rush me there or anything..

I went to the ER I’m still in the hospital and I have epiglottis (inflamed) I had to take a lot of tests. I’ve been here for 3 nights
