Skin on feet is peeling?

I don't think it is athletes foot but I am not sure. Should I peel the flaps off?

I used to cut it off with nail clippers. Try to stay on top of scrubbing your feet with a pumice stone. It helps avoid this situation.

it's just dead skin. is it on the heel of your foot? you can file it or something or buy this stuff for it from a chemist

take medical scissors or personal scissors and cut the skin off as opposed to peeling it off because peeling can damage more skin than necessary
