How is it I ate at a sushi buffet for lunch this Friday, and had a large dinner on Friday, and this Saturday, lost 2 pounds?

I have been working on this theory by Dr. Berg that weight loss is about nutrition and health and not purely about calories, because according to Mr. Berg, a healthy body does not become fat, while an unhealthy body, might become fat, even if food intake is limited. I find I lose more weight when I eat nutritious food than I do when I eat low calorie food.

For example, I lost 5 pounds during my cruise in 2024. And I was diligent to eat nutritious food like grapes and cheddar cheese after dinner last night.
