Why do I feel no emotions or attraction to any guy anymore?

I’ve been depressed for few years. I’m almost 30 and never had a boyfriend. When I was younger I used to get butterflies & excited for any handsome guy. But even if I talk to a random guy per day, I feel nothing. I don’t care for them, I’m not clingy, I have no interest.
the only guy that dated me was a guy that used me as a friends with benefits and I thought he was my boyfriend. In that time I was in love & he wasn’t. I had joy dress up 4 date & high sex drive 18-24.
I haven’t had a date, or sex or kiss in years. Few guys I try meet only wanted hookup & I want a boyfriend not hookup.
the last guy I had deep attraction to was 2 months ago & he already had baby & girlfriend.

so now I feel nothing. I need a partner but don’t love any guy, don’t feel attraction.

At your age, you have passed your prime age where fornication was the fuel that you thought was necessary in a relationship.

Many women are in the same situation as you are and live happily with the fact that they don't have to worry anymore to catch a venereal disease or to have to perform when others want it.

Your condition is not exceptional but you seem to make a big thing about having no more attraction towards men. It could also be that you have some hormonal imbalance. If you are so worried about not finding men attractive, then I suggest that you seek the help of an endocrinologist that could check if hormones are the culprits and responsible of your condition.

Well the depression is probably leading to numbness after many years. The repeated disappointment is requiring expectations. Your mind is probably shutting that dow. It’s saying this isn’t worth it, so it’s shutting down attraction as a way of protection. The low trust in men based on previous behaviors has also caused low attraction. Attraction isn’t just looks, it’s a multitude of things. You’re not just looking for any guy, you’re looking for a specific type. There’s a lot of factors playing into this. I think you need to fix the depression first. Stop entertaining men who clearly want hookups, take a break from dating and rebuild excitement in life outside of relationships.

Because everything you have been doing has not worked and you've been trying everything you need to just take a break chill out relax clear your mind get all the cobwebs out of you clear your whole mind your heart your soul your spirit just live life and work for a week or so detox your system of guys and what you want and how you want it because it's destroying you there's ways to go about it but you keep going the opposite direction so just chill for a week or so let it all go and then start again but this time do it in a different way

People when growing up look for support initially as kids from parents, then in teenage friends or crushes in twenties they start looking for love but as time passes by and we don't get that we start feeling well can handle ourselves alone and we are not dependent on anyone so we stop trying and slowly we stop feeling interested as well.
It doesn't happen to everyone the same way but people who seek love early and don't find it tend to start giving up on it and then losing interest, at least that's what I believe.

I used to be clingy but I never had a guy want be my boyfriend and be clingy so I ended up be depressed and no longer clingy. My dream of having guy I want be clingy don’t come true.

Don't go "all in" in a relationship then, ease in, see what the other person is interested in if you feel compatible enough then they won't have a problem with being clingy.

Crush is a fantasy , you don’t get to kiss them, date them. Talk very little. Them being ur boyfriend don’t come true

They like like they’ll die. I don’t want marriage. I just want a boyfriend. It don’t mean u will sign marriage contract. I’m sad as a boyfriend means u both love each other so this means no guy loves me. I can’t find mutual love where I want guy and he want me back. It’s only one sided.
