Ask about any regular consumer of fast food how they do it. Junk food is the name of the solution. Most people with a BMI of 24 and more can tell you that going to one of those junk food places will help you very quickly to gain weight and get an unhealthy BMI of 30 and above.

So, if you want to put on weight quickly, simply go on a weekly basis to one of those places and order unhealthy food or order a take out. That way, you don't even have to move from your couch and you can put on weight even faster. Add to the unhealthy food a few cans of beer or fizzy sugary drinks and you have the miracle recipe.
