I know i need a balance after a long period of burnout (60+ hours a week) and i know it’s normal to feel kinda shit when i’m taking a break that goes on for a little long, when everything i ever taken pride in is my work, but still. I really miss having sessions with clients and doing case-notes. I kinda miss the good old days where all i ever need to feel good is posting on Instagram
