Instead of relaxing i feel like i should be doing something. I know i need a balance after a long period of burnout (60+ hours a week) and i know it’s normal to feel kinda shit when i’m taking a break that goes on for a little long, when everything i ever taken pride in is my work, but still. I really miss having sessions with clients and doing case-notes. I kinda miss the good old days where all i ever need to feel good is posting on Instagram

30-35 hours a week was more than full time for my wife as she kept her own records and I did the spreadsheets. 60 + hours a week is past burnout. Do something for yourself! I might be a tag prejudiced, but a nice relaxing massage might be nice.
Take time to take care of yourself, it’s a hard job no doubt, and only you can make sure you are getting enough rest and breaks from the job. Best of luck to you!
Thank you for the kind words!
