Do you do OMAD (One meal a day) along with exercise to stay healthy?

Do you do OMAD which is one meal a day or eat several meals a day along with exercise?

I started OMAD four days ago and down 10lbs. I have a lot to lose so I'm not surprised how much water weight I lost so fast.
Do you do OMAD (One meal a day) along with exercise to stay healthy?
