It probably depends whether they're weight obsessed or not. Losing weight and getting healthier is a good thing any way you slice it. And i'm not minimizing how hard it is for some people to lose weight. But when some people lose weight it becomes their whole identity. And they become obsessed with every pound. They weren't unattractive when they carried a little extra weight. And they're not unattractive now when they struggle to keep the weight off or with a few vanity pounds. Always try to keep things in perspective.
As far as energy goes i think it makes a noticeable difference. I remember feeling run down in my late thirties. After dropping some weight i felt energy like i hadn't since my early 20's. Half of it might be mindset though.
I don't know. I have a hard time gaining weight even when I eat a lot, so I'll probably never understand what people who can gain weight easily feel. 😥

Good job on loosing weight. It definitely will help with your health and most likely your sex life.
All i've been doing is emotional healings and working on my earned secure attachment style.

Always have been. My eye sights has improved and the colors in my vision are more vivid then dull because I had tunnel vision.
Hang in there and keep at it. It is a lifestyle change and may be challenging but stick with it.
No worries, Right now, i'm focusing on my health then worrying about relationships for the time being.
