Can changing your gut bacteria improve sleep and support weight loss?

I find releasing unconscious emotions and eating yogurt both let me sleep like a baby, I am assuming it helps my gut bacteria. Not all yogurt works, some do not have enough active probiotics but 98% of yogurts help you sleep better. Now I do not rely on sleep boosting methods to help me lose weight, I rely on sleep to look young for my age.
