Need to lose the last bit of weight...What can I do?

I have been told by friends to go and see a model agency. I sent some pics to two agenicies and they both told me to come for an interview. I did this more for fun to prove to my friends that I am no model. However, unexpected they wanted to see me.

I am 5,9 and weight 56/57 kg. My waist is 65 cm. I went on their websites to look at their models and they all have a waist of 60/61 cm.

What is there I can do to get those measurements within the next 2 months? As those are required? I workout 2 times a week and pretty much eat healty.

Since I am a student...I realized this may be a good opportunity to earn some money while studying.

A model of your height should be about 120 lbs/54-55 kgs

Exercise: Work out 3-4 times a week. Half an hour of cardio and half an hour of weight training. The heavier the weights, the more fat you'll lose. Try add 10-15 minutes to your workout each week. It'll increase your fitness level and weight loss, too.

Diet: Low carbs and fat, high protein. Eat 6 small meals a day - try and keep under 1200 calories each day. Eliminate bad liquids - stick to water and green tea.

Your BMI will classify you as underweight afterward, however. That's pretty typical for models though. Don't go too crazy.

Isn't that too few calories for someone of that activity level? I mean you need fuel to process the exercise.

If you're only doing an hour a day of exercise (reasonably low intensity) then no. It's certainly on the lower intake side of things, but it isn't unhealthy, provided the calories she DOES consume are derived from healthy food.

You'll need to lose a few lbs to get to that measurment, a couple of months is plenty of time. Just cut out desserts and probably within one onth you'll be there.
