While medicine study every MD will be taught about empathy and emotional behavior towards patients. About risks to get too involved emotionally and consequences for both sides.
I'm sure psychotherapists and psychologist get this particular lesson package as well.
Maybe some young therapist with just few month experience in job will have a moment weakness but someone who can't count their patients anymore, surely won't do.
