Honestly, I never thought that my body would turn on me like it has.
I guess my stressful life had a lot to do with it. Not eating well. The COVID vaccines made me sick and I haven't ever recovered from them.

I feel great , I eat really well , run all the fun runs , work out , I'm the correct weight 68kg , swim , big steps per day 10k , sleep 8 hrs , lots of water , using special herbs to greatly reduce alcohol..
And from January 27 , I have 6 years to go to 72 , but barring accidents we in my line have great longevity..
Plenty of guys in their 80s entering the half marathon here , I see them at the races..
I expect to feel good , but I do agree that those vaccines - LIKE ALL SCRIPT medication ( big problem in USA ) were an absolute joke.
A nurse friend of mine ( Australia) was slapped on a bed screaming and crying while they injected her , she simply wanted to keep doing her job , mandatory is always a disgrace.
I honestly didn’t think I would live to see 26. It is just the way it was as I did some wild things. 72 wasn’t supposed to happen for me as at one point I was given 18 months to live if I didn’t have an operation. I did have that op 5 years ago.
I have looked much 10 to 20 years younger in my adult life than I actually was. I take better care of myself now than when I was younger even though I am way far from perfect.
So at 72, I will either be dead/dying or looking and feeling great as I am now. It’s a 50/50. I am betting on the latter.
I have always lived life like I will be skidding in sideways into heaven saying “what a rush”.
dead. i highly doubt i will see that age but even if i saw it i doubt i will have anything else that could describe how my body will make me feel at that age since i am 24 and even now i don't feel particularly energetic or healthy.
@aceleon
You wouldn't believe how bad your body can feel and still live like that for many years. You can feel sick as hell everyday and live sick for many years.
then let's pray together that i won't live enough to see that suffering. no need for much 40-50 at best is more than enough for me and even this is my survival instincts imploring me to prolong the time.
@aceleon
I don't blame you for feeling that way.
Sometimes I wish I was already in heaven.
Hopefully good. The men in my family tend to die at 80 or 90 and remain in good health up until that.
My grandfather was cutting turf right up until 85. Died recently at 95 in his sleep he had lung problems at the end. I wouldn't want to live a longer life suffering with painful debilitating health problems
I take care of my body and eat right so hopefully it will score me some points when I do get to 72. by the way I have seen some 70 somethung year olds that look 40 or 50.
@Paige2006
Yes, that's what is happening with me. I don't have any wrinkles or gray hair.
People can't believe my real age and say that I look around 50ish.
I'm curious why this is happening to me? I don't eat well, don't exercise, don't use any lotions or creams.🤷🏼♀️
Genes
Aging isn't a real phenomenon.
The body replaces its cells at different rates. Your outer skin is renewed every two to four weeks. The lining of your stomach turns over every few days. For bones, the skeleton completely remodels itself roughly every ten years, though bone tissue is constantly broken down and rebuilt. Muscle tissues generally take about fifteen years to fully refresh, and organs like your liver can regenerate within a few months. The body doesn't really wear out it just seems that way because it's designed to get rid of us to make room for new people. You just need to find a way to break away from the blueprint.
I sure do hope it will feel good enough to enable me to be independent and nimble.
My grandmother is a healthy vibrant 76 year old. That gives me a lot of hope that I will be about the same one day if I keep the course of eating healthy and working out.

I'm turning 69 in a few days and I can definitely relate getting older throws curveballs we never expected sending you strength and hoping you find some relief 🙏
I don't know if i'll ever reach 72 🤷🏻♂️
Terrible, worse than i feel now.
A little worse than now or nothing.
I am 75, knees hurt, back aches, old age sucks
