Depends on how tender it is and if it's clean. I would say wait a while longer, it seems too soon and it might bleed if you pick at it.

My sister just got her ears pierced and they told her not to change earrings for 6 weeks.

If it's clean, not red or anything then I imagine it would be okay. Wouldn't hurt to wait though!

You should be fine. I changed mine around then when I had my ears pierced.
