Is it normal that I have had a migrane for about 10 days straight?

I have had a migraine everyday since about October 13. I can't get rid of it , I usually get a migraine during the week I have my period but, my period was done about Friday ( the 21st) So, I don't know what's wrong.

I threw up four times last night so, I really don't know what the matter is.

why don't you just stop hitting the bottle at night.. lol jk but if you have a cold it could be conjestion doing it.. or it could be lack of food. or it could be your smoking weed cause I know people that will constantly have headaches waking up from that.

My head hurt before I got a cold I caught a cold Wednesday night and my head was hurting the week before and no, I don't smoke weed.

By that point I usually need brain surgery to relieve the pressure.

It's only happened to me a few dozen times.

But then for me it has nothing to do with muscle tension so much as intracranial pressure from a buildup of cerebrospinal fluid due to a shunt malfunction. And yes it's as unpleasant as it sounds.

Thanks right now it does because I'm more depressed than anything else, more than I've been since I started my new antidepressants a few months ago. Although I have been sloppy with taking them lately which doesn't help.

Sometimes migraines can persist for weeks, but still, have a doctor check it out if it doesn't go away in the next day or two. Avoid coffee or tea for a while since these are vasoconstrictors and will sometimes prolong or aggravate a headache.
