Have you had any blood tests done? Maybe you're deficient in something.
I have. Nothing was found. Maybe just my diet, too much on the phone, not enough exercise. I get energy a lot of times but it goes away in like 4 hours. It shouldn't go away so fast. And than 5 pm I feel so super tired even if I wasn't doing much. It wasn't like that before
Hmm, if this wasn't happening before I'd definitely bring it up with your doctor again, especially if it's affecting your everyday life. Did they check your thyroid levels as well? If not, I'd suggest getting those checked, especially if things don't improve after making some changes to your diet and lifestyle
go to the doctor sleep more
