My urine smelled bad for a few days, now it smells fine?

What do you think happened, and should I be worried?

Gonna stick with what the girls said and say it was probably something you ate. For example, a fairly famous cause of smelly urine is asparagus. Since it went away on its own and you didn't mention any other symptoms such as pain/burning with urination, urinary frequency, urgency, or blood in your urine I wouldn't be too suspicious of something more serious.

A few things that could have a really big affect on that would be eating a lot of acidy food (ie: citrus fruits, candy, etc), dehydration (yeah you still pee if you don't drink things, it is just a more vibrant color), new medications, and probably one of the most common situations is consuming more vitamin B than your body is used to. :)

Yeah at least 2000ml a day.

It may have just been your diet, sometimes what you eat/drink can affect that.

If you haven't been feeling sick or anything lately then I wouldn't worry too much about it.

you ate bad foods overly processed and chemical, or you ate bad meat causing a lot of bacteria to be flitered through your digestive system
