Tips to lose weight fast.

I need food tips . I need to loose weight faster than fast. At the moment, I'm not eating or drinking anything but water and going for jogs most days, when I can. I find it a struggle because I get so hungry though, is there a food that will make me fuller for longer that isn't fatty. I've considered getting the weight loss shakes that expand in the stomach to make it full but aware that is unsafe, and expensive. So just any foods/tips I can use.
