How can I even out each side of my body?

so like any other teen guy I jerk it I think I started when I was 12? and until now and I've been working out for about a year and I've noticed my right side is bigger than the left obviously cus of the jerking I measured my forearm and my rightforearms is 1 inch bigger in circumference, my right deltoid is also bigger than my left,me biceps are the same size but right is more defined,my right laterals are also bigger than my left.so any ways I can even out the size specific work outs(I already know a couple) tips I will not switch hands XD
