Sorry, but there aren't any quick fixes for weight loss. If there were, there would be a whole lot less fat people in the world.
Any pills or weight loss plans that offer you a quick, effortless solution are either scams, or they may help you lose weight initially, but you're much more likely to gain it back (and then some).
You'll need to do it the old-fashioned way, which is eating healthy and exercise.
If exercise is very painful for you, it's okay to tone it down a little. It's okay to start out slow. Are you able to walk without too much pain? Start with a 10 minute walk every day (or every other day---whatever is okay for your body). If you feel okay with that, increase it to 15, then 20, and so on. There are also types of cardio that don't necessarily have to involve the lower body, like shadow boxing (plus, you can add small hand weights when you want to increase the intensity). If you have access to a gym, they may have a hand cycle (it's like a stationary bike, but you "peddle" with your hands as well). Swimming might be a great option for you as well, it's low impact and the water takes a lot of pressure off your joints.
Keep in mind that as you lose weight and become fitter, exercise will become easier. If I remember correctly, I think you mentioned in a previous post that you have a knee injury? As you lose weight, that will be less weight/pressure on your knee.
If you can afford it, a personal trainer could be a lot of help to you (though I realize that isn't an option for everyone). A personal trainer will be able to create an individualized workout plan for you that takes your injury into account and they are also there to help ensure that you use proper form so you don't injure yourself further.
In terms of what you eat, it might not be realistic for you to go from your regular ways of eating to a completely "clean" diet. And that's okay. In fact, you don't have to give up all your favorite foods. Depriving yourself of the things you love may actually do more harm than good---weight loss needs to be a lifestyle change, rather than a temporary thing. You need to be able to maintain a new way of eating for the rest of your life, otherwise, you'll likely gain the weight back. Depriving yourself can often lead to binges.
So, how do you eat healthy without feeling deprived?
Well, in order to lose weight, you have to take in less calories. I suggest using an online calorie calculator to find out the amount of calories you should be eating for your height and weight and keeping track (at least initially). Often we don't realize how much we eat, nor do we realize how many calories there are in the foods we eat. Keeping a journal in which you keep track of your calories will help you gauge these things. There are a number of ways you can do this: keep a journal by hand (and look up calories online, or there are books you can purchase that have this info), use a website (I recommend SparkPeople, it's free -

speed and cocaine are great for weight loss, combine that with dancing a lot and you're onto a winner. honestly dude there is no quick fix weight can take years to gain but you have to be willing to put in the same time to lose it. by the way losing weight should be about you and your kids' future with you, not for the benefit of getting women she'll come along when you're ready for her.
Invest in a personal trainer who specializes in obesity. Also if you have health insurance they might cover some of the cost if you can prove your weight is detrimental to your health, which it is. It's something to look into.
That being said, the best way to burn fat is with muscle. Being a heavy set guy don't focus on cardiovascular activities that will just destroy your body. Practice strength training and be prepared to invest months simply to get into some type of condition where you're physically able to do more and exercise properly.
Think of your condition as a 3 year contract. The first year you'll need to spend trimming down to a manageable weight that will allow you to become more intensive in your training without injury. The second year would be burning excess fat and building lean muscle. The third year would be to trim down your remaining fat and build muscle definition,
It might sound a little extreme, it taking three years, when their are programs out there that promise results in 3months, but most of those programs are lies, and the one's that are not are for people who already have a fairly good level of physical fitness. Three years is the length of time I would expect myself to take in order to loose your weight.
Read "Fit for Life" by Harvey Diamond. I lost 85 lbs just by learning how to eat right - NO drugs, no lap bands.
Be careful with painkillers - they're terribly habit forming.
Don't lose weight using pills, you'll just put it all back on once you stop taking the pills.

You need to take vitamins as well as eat healthy! Cut out sugars and fried things. There's no drugs that will naturally help you loose weight because it'll all just come back. Go for walks, ask your doctor what exercises you can still do. Hire a personal trainer and explain to them your surgeries. They will give you a better idea as well as to what you can still do.
Cocaine? But diet and exercise are much cheaper and easier. Start with small things and start logging your food! You can still eat pretty much anything you want if you're smart with exercise and other aspects of your diet.
the drugs will help you lose the weight, but you will gain all the weight back because you didn't make lifestyle changes. I've been there done that, not worth it.
