Do you gain weight during the holiday season?

I'm usually really strict at controlling my food intake (except for cheat day) but during this time of year I find myself having a slice of frosted gingerbread (starbucks has a great one) or helping myself to 20 cheese on cracker helpings. And because of the short days I don't walk as far for exercise.

The results aren't horrible, but I've prided myself on having a completely flat stomach (thanks to sacrifice and work) and today I felt just the tiniest bit of roll in the area.
