Also something my mom taught me years ago, is to suck in your tummy, constantly.

You get used to it and start doing it without thinking eventually.

Yea you did but for whatever reason wen I went bak to look again to acrually do stuff it wouldn't let me view then? Do you kno why?

Not sure, well what I said is to do sit up's, crunches, torso twists, leg lifts, oblique bicycles, oblique crunches, etc

Also Cardio which is anything that gets you heart rate up, jumping jacks, jogging, running, power walking,etc.
