Only eat eggs or meat (I'm a junk food junkie so I might cheat here and there)
Only drink water with the exception of 1 can of soda a day lol
Jog at least a half an hour a day 6 days a week
Lunges and other butt workouts every day.
I weigh 110 and am 4'11”
Will I lose the weight by July doing this?
