Is it bad to eat a lot of healthy foods too?

so for a while now I've been eating healthy.. like weight watchers bread, almond milk, drink 8 glasses of water a day, I only eat chicken, turkey and fish, I eat a lot of vegetables, but I seem to be eating a lot... like I'm always hungry :S I got to the gym for at least one 1/2 hours a day and I'm 16. is it bad that I have a big appetite? nothing just really fills me upp ..
Is it bad to eat a lot of healthy foods too?
