Of course it is bad. Food not only affects your weight or fat mass.. It affects your health, skin, hair, organ performance and other stuff.
Your body needs vitamins to get it working.. and protect you for diseases . So you need to eat greens, fruits and veggies .. on a daily basis to assure a healthy system.
The effect might not show now .. but when you get older, you ll find yourself drowned in a ton of diseases and you have no idea from where they came from.
Fast food is mainly made of fat, glucose and bad acids. All of these bring many types of cancer.. and if right now you seem to be healthy and all, that doesn't mean that your body is okay with it.
I did not major in this .. so I have no idea how to put it in the best way but eating fast food daily is not bringing any good , even if you exercise.. be sure of this!
Good luck .. and try to skip some days and eat salads instead or grilled chicken.. or fish :)

well as long as it isn't the worst type of junk food out there like a fried mars bar everyday, I'm sure it's fine with a mix of vegies and wholesome food.
we aren't all perfect, no matter how much we try.
but, as long as you try to be in moderation, then you will be fine.
"Nutritionist" isn't a legally protected title. So any fraud with any set of oddball beliefs can call him or herself a "nutritionist".
I'm reminded of the movie "Super Size Me", where the guy completely changed his lifestyle by becoming less active, and then blamed all of the resulting health problems on McDonalds anyways. Awful movie.
I've yet to see a study that follows athletic people on a fast-food heavy diet. It's always something like above where they change more than one variable, which essentially ruins the study. Anyone have anything?
You must have a lot of money. Fast food is kind of expensive. That being said, you can eat at a Fast food restaurant, exercise, and be in decent shape. The question is what do you eat? Everything in moderation. If you eat a burger with a salad instead of fries is fine. Drinking water over soda is even better.

As everyone else said, no. Because it's not about being overweight, it's about all the chemicals and bad sh*t it's putting into your body. I hardly ever exercise but I'm fairly conscious of what I eat and I'm sure not to take in too much of bad things and because of that my bad cholesterol is way below the average and my good cholesterol is right where it needs to be.
It's the same logic of "if I smoke every day but I work out is that okay? I'm working out all the smoke and keeping my lungs healthy and exercised." It's a nice theory but it's false.Yes it is really bad for you because you aren't getting the nutrients you need from fast food and you will be eating heaps of empty calories and far too much salt and sugar. You can eat out but I would stay far away from fast food and soda's.
Yes, it has too much fat and your body won't get the nutritents it needs for regular exercise from fast food. You can get by with it for a little while, but only a little while, depending just how 'fast' it is!
Depends, are they fried fast foods? Look at the type of fats, and sodium in what you are eating. Eating deep fried food everyday, will significantly increase your chances of a heart attack.
yeah "fast" is bad, but what can one do most food is processed or genetically modified.
Yes, that's still bad for you.
Yes it's still really bad for you
