Margarine or sour cream...which one overall is the lesser evil?

I went to Golden Corral tonight for a family dinner, and I went to go make my baked potato. Can't have a steak w/o a baked potato, right? :)

I put some cheddar and some bleu cheese (sprinkles of both), and I noticed they didn't have actual butter.

There was sour cream (imma presume it's the regular full-fat kind)...and there was margarine.

Now I know that some people will think "i wouldn't put neither one; too many calories in neither one"...and that's probably true for you.

So the ? is...in your honest opinion, which one is the "lesser evil" nutritionally? Please vote, share your thoughts, and rate the question.

Thanks for your input. :)

P.S. I have my own ideas about which one is the "lesser evil"...but I'm not gonna say that now. I don't wanna skew the votes. :)
