Anyone have an idea of what this could possibly be?

For the past couple years I've been getting this pain in my lower right abdomen like right next to my hip bone almost, its usually just q stabbing pain here and there but here tonight its been every time I take a step. I've felt it in the left side in the same area a couple time too. Also if my bladder its full it hurts really bad. The other night I woke up in the middle if the night because had to pee and was so in pain it hurt to move. What organs are in That area? What could this pain be? I know a doctor would have the answer but I cannot afford to go

You may have a stretched or torn tendon in that area. This can be very slow to heal and in fact might even need surgery. Only a specialist could tell you. It's not likely to be anything else, unles you've had injuries of some sort.. Or surgery in the area, that can cause scarring

Well I did have a csection so is That probably what it is?

Oh yes indeed, it could very well be adhesions-scarring-from the c section. I'd bet on it in fact.

I may be something as simple as appendicitis, or IBS (which I suffer from and I suffer from the pain you are describing frequently) or it may be something to do with your ovaries. Either way, please go get it checked before you get sick :(

What are the symptoms of is? Could a csection have caused it? It's been this way every since I had the surgery

Lower abdominal pain can be a sign of problems with your bladder, kidneys, bowel, or reproductive organs. You really should see a doctor. Maybe look into Planned Parenthood (they offer services for women's health)?
