What goes best with whey protein?

Soo when I use my whey protein I usually use 16 oz of reg milk. Is this the best drink to use with whey protein or is there a better choice?

Is your protein powder flavoured? I find vanilla and chocolate-flavoured protein powders go really well in peanut butter & banana smoothies lol. Plus, if you use REAL, organic peanut butter, you're getting extra protein ;) But if you don't want to make it a meal, then yeah, I'd try almond milk or something.

Sweet. Well, like I said, I would experiment with smoothies... They help to mask the taste of the protein (I don't like the taste). But again, if you want it to be less filling, then yeah, some kind of milky drink is probably your best option.

Water or milk. Milk contains protein of it's own and is more filling. So when I drank WHEY protein, I preferred milk but most of the time only water was available.

I just use water. I live remotely so it's difficult to store enough milk to last me until restock, plus milk has relatively high fat content.

Not sure. On my tub of it it says to mix with water fruit juice or milk. I don't think milk adds any more protein to the whey though. Whey is the protein in cows milk that they just separated and dehydrated as another product.

Your better of going on a bundle, try the site "predator nutrtion" or magnum supplements, they will show you what bundles to get and how o take them and guide you through a exercise regime.

I use water because milk doesn't mix very well and adds a bunch of fat. I also load mine up with BCAA cap powder for extra building/recovery.

Just for taste I like it in cereal with fruit or maple syrup. But otherwise, milk is fine.
