Typical American desserts?

Hello, tomorrow will my family and I have a ''American evening'', meaning we'll eat hamburgers, drink Coca-Cola, milkshakes and so on, and look on pics from our vacation in the USA (Calories does not exist for us tomorrow). But my question is if you can hand me som recipees for all American desserts, like Cheesecake for an example, but preferably chocolate!

I always have banana splits. That's basically just three scoops of any type of ice cream you wants, banana slices, and hot fudge. And sprinkles or any other toppings you want. And I add strawberries and peach slices sometimes too. Soooo good.

Apple pie is pretty much dessert around here too. With a scoop of vanilla ice cream. If the apple pie is warm, it's DELICIOUS.

There's this thing that I ate the other day, I think it's called a dirt dessert or something, and it's like chocolate pudding with gummy worms and pieces of Oreo cookies and chocolate chips mixed. It's like. A chocolate explosion. Uggghhh so good. Lol

I also eat um... sometimes I take a huge glass of the Coca-Cola and mix in with vanilla ice cream and make a float. That thing is amazing.

One word: Fudge.

Apple pie with ice cream is about as American as it gets. Ever heard the phrase "As American as apple pie"?

If you're looking for something chocolatey, ice cream sundaes with hot fudge, nuts, whipped cream and a maraschino cherry on top are quite typically American. Brownies and chocolate chip cookies were mainstays during my childhood, and neither of those are difficult to make (both are great warm, served with ice cream!).

It;s funny to see people from other countries having an American night. We have so many cultures mixed in, that I'm not sure that we have our own. Basically a typical American night is eating food with a title that refers to some other culture. =) The things you mentioned I rarely eat.

Brownies are loaded with chocolate flavor and are easy to make as long as you have google -_-

Try a cream cheese frosting on top (theres a recipe for that as well).

American food comes from alterations of foods from Europe, central and south America, and asia. just get burgers and hot dogs, orange chicken/ chow mein, cheescake and beer! it really doesn't matter
