I guess it depends on what sort of vegetarianism you're going for. Either way, the important part is that you're getting enough protein in your diet. Some good non-meat sources are greek yogurt, eggs, whey protein, soy products (meat substitutes), nuts, beans and some other legumes, as well as quinoa and buckwheat. Good luck :)
start eating meat substitutes. Quorn makes "chicken" that you can actually fool people with.
Try making stews with beans, lentils, sweet potatoes, carrot, corn etc.. they are super filling.
Find foods that are high in protein, they'll fill you up. Nuts, eggs, peanut butter, will all fill you right up.
Grains are also a good snack food.Vegetarian meals aren't nutritious. You are gonna want to eat cows, their testicles and penis for extra nutrition
