I'm going the route that's tried and true. Exercise and diet. I eat healthy, make sure I get daily doses of vitamins. I keep my caloric intake to 1200-1250 a day. I exercise every other day that means running on the treadmill for half and hour then weights the cool down. I wasn't doing this for weight loss only (I just gained a couple freshman pounds, 15 or so), but I never really exercised before and I wanted to get healthy. But now that I can feel the strength, I really wanna drop this extra weight. Is there anything supplementary I can do along with this daily good eating and exercise? For example, do those quick-trim things really work? Thanks guys!
