I'm a guy who is really phsycally fit, and I have 2 brothers who are just the same. But none of us are doctors nor physical trainers, but we are sports fanatics who played in sports our whole lives. We didn't become phsycally fit overnight. Working out is just like it sounds = work. Not only phsycally, but mentally. Now When you concentrate on one area of your body like your stomach, Results are harder to achieve. And there's always more achieveable results.
I'm always reading health magazines and going to websites that talk about exercise and diet and the best thing I read so far was just simply: "Not to think of what your doing as diet and exercise, but life changing strategies that are going to help you get on track with the right attitude towards your health." It was the difference mentally for me, between sticking with exercising for a little while, or to make it part of my weekly schedule, over and over and over and over and over ... ... ... ... and over and over again, never steering away from my exercising. See the difference in my mentality there. It was the difference between looking good in a bathing suit for one summer, or for many summers.
Now as for a six pack that isn't too manly or how to get one fast: There's no easy answer. I haven't seen anyone in the gym one week and the next week they have a six pack (unless it's beer, and they're not too into working out). And girls at the gym I go to, do a lot of cardio and light strength training: running, walking, swimming, yoga, pilates, resistance workouts and a lot of the machines. Like the elliptical, the tredmill, ski crosstrainer thing (like a nordic track), more like total body workouts, than just doing sit-ups. But like sometimes the gym can get packed and you have to wait to use the machine, or do the workout that you want to do. This is when I stretch or do some walking or something to keep moving in the meantime. I also have some home equipment that I use. Like I try to use my treadmill when my favorite tv show is on, it just makes the time go by faster.
There is ways to make working out more enjoyable like using music or watching tv but these things can also hinder your progress. So use them to your advantage. Just like if you go to the gym. Someone there could be giving you the wrong info or get stuck on trying to get you to use the "next best thing" when it comes to exercising.
My best advice is to take evreything you learn about exercising and do your own research on it for your own body type. You doctor should be able to get you some pretty valuable information, as well as magazines, websites, books, and other people at the gym (including just regular everyday members). Everybody is different, my brothers and I all do different routines for exercising. You can also look some women who are like professional swimmers, soccer players, track stars, gymnists, basketball players & volleyball players and look at what they do for work outs. They get paid to exercise.

The wheel. I don't know if this is still sold at stores - if not you can make your own. You just need an item with a bar that both hands can hold and a wheel so that it can roll. Grab a cushion and kneel down on that. Then you grab the wheel and lean forward to the right so that you are stretched horizontally (with knees on cushion). Pull back in, then wheel out straight in front. Pull back and wheel to the left.
This will stretch and strengthen all the major muscle groups in your abdomen and will produce fantastic results regarding your stomach muscles.
Crunches and sit-ups don't work very well.
The downside is that the wheel will make your back and neck so sore you won't be able to move.

I assume you know how to do a crunch. If you do 25 straight crunches but do them slowly, being sure to flex your muscles. don't do more than 25 this way and if you want to do more of this in one sitting give yourself plenty of time to rest between each set. I would only do three sets of 25 for the first few weeks then when its gets easier then switch to 4 sets later. You do these the right way you should have a toned stomach in 2-three months.
Good Luck!!Well if your under 18 there aren't many places that will sell you a six pack. I figure guiness would be a manly six pack. Maybe you should get corona light. Corona light is a nice looking six pack. Yellow and Blue are nice colors plus the green lime. If you want to get one fast you'll probably have to ask some drunk old guy and pay him off. Hope that helps.
