How do you stay in shape with a busy schedule?

I recently got a job and I'm still in high school. I'm in shape, but I'm afraid I'm going to fall out of shape without time to work out. I'm a distance runner, so I have to dedicate time to keep my endurance up. How do I stay in shape if I'm working 7-8 hr shifts? I'm on my feet the entire time (minus break) and I get home ready to crawl up into bead and ice my feet. I'm too exhausted and sore to even exercise. How can I stay in shape?
