Smoothie diet?? :)

Okay so I'm a health nut and I can't stand a vast majority of the foods nowadays don't get me wrong I love cooking for friends and family but I'm very picky as to what goes into the foods. Mind you this is my lifestyle I don't force it on anyone else. Anyways I was doing some research and I came across the smoothie diet. I wanted to know your opinions on whether you think its worth it or not.
