Hello there! I am 17 and have been working out for summer season! I was overweight slightly at 143 lbs- but I am down to 125. I did it through hard workouts and eating better.
However, my back is still a problem area. It looks like I have back love handles...not major ones but noticeable, especially in a bikini. Are there exercises to target this area, that I will be able to achieve by summer? ( one month and 3 days)
