Depends on your situation/lifestyle.
If possible, I always recommend walking to places whenever possible. It's more valuable to boost your metabolism a bit over a long period like walking. It's less valuable to boost your metabolism a bit more for a really short period of time like working out. Working out tones you up and builds strength and stamina, but it doesn't do a lot for losing weight, especially because it makes you much more hungry.
So I don't know what your situation is, but to be general, do something that keeps the blood flowing all day, all the time. You want to get to the point where sitting in front of the computer or TV feels boring, and you just want to get up and move.
And lastly, don't sweat the numbers. If you look in the mirror, and you see a bit extra that you're willing to get rid of, focus on that. Numbers like 6lb don't mean much. People don't see a number floating over your head.
Plus, muscle weighs more than fat.

There really isn't a healthy way to lose weight quickly. Don't fall for those TV ads that tell you that you can lose weight easy without doing anything. A change to a healthier diet and physical activity is a start.
From what you wrote on your stats, it doesn't look like you even need to lose weight. Make sure that you are at a healthy weight prior to trying to lose weight. Too little weight is at times worse or just as bad for you health wise than too much weight.
No way to lose weight quickly while being healthy. My best advice is to cut out all juices and sodas, jut drink water. Work out as much and as often as you can without stressing yourself too much. I did this and began working out five times a week and lost around 20 pounds.
