I don't see why it wouldn't. What you take into your body is what comes out of your pores, so yes, it would make plenty of sense to cut out the fatty/sugary foods, drink plenty of water, and make sure to get plenty of rest. Also, it would seem obvious, but make sure you clean your face well with soap and water so that your pores can remain unclogged (try not to overdo it, though, as too much soap can dry your skin and actually make things WORSE). Sunshine can also help keep your complexion clear (within reason, of course), and try not to wear too much makeup or leave it on too long, as that can also clog your pores. Sounds like you're doing a good job, though: keep it up, and good luck! :)

eating plenty of vitamins throughout the day not just eating one pill and thinking all your nutrition needs have been met. drinking plenty of water, the least someone should drink is 3 liters supposedly but id say everyone should drink at least 4 liters (I drink 6-9 liters per day). going outside in the sun a bit is also good for you (im not sure how long unfortunately) since your skin produces vitamin D through sunlight. being physically active, getting 7-8 hours of sleep each day.
i heard pregant women have great skin as well though I don't think that's a good reason to get pregnant :D
Yes & exercise! Food is not directly related to acne, if that is your problem. But adding more nutrients and vitamins into your diet through whole, natural foods, will improve your skin, body, stamina, and mental clarity. Cutting out toxins will improve your whole being. Adding in exercise will also help tremendously. Put the right stuff in your body through your food (still eat what you want sometimes so you can be happy!) and flush out toxins through sweaty exercise.
I drink at least one litre of water a day and I don't eat fast food/ junk food and my skin always stays pretty clear but with drinking water sometimes yours skin clears up and then you have a break out because it is like toxins or something flushing out of your body.

PoeticNinja seems to have got the clue: acme could be a sign of raging hormones...
But I don't think "good sex" alone would help. What used to work with me as a teenager (I'm a guy though) was to have some form of sex (mostly masturbation for obvious reasons, in those times) on a REGULAR basis.
Sex twice a day and then nothing for a week would result in an even huger crop of acne. But having it once every couple of days, regularly, would keep things in check. Try it out and see if it works...
[PS: I'm not advocating needless sex, but some form of it, even if going solo.]Cutting out bad food helps in just about every way, so yes.
Water does wonders for your skin, that's what we're basically made of so of course it's important. Also changing your pillow covers often helps your skin out.YES. Your diet has so much much influence on your skin it's down right silly.
There are even chronic skin conditions being cured right now just by people changing their diets. If you have bad food on your skin that you need to cut off to get rid of, then you have problems. I love word play.
Cutting out bad food is always a good thing.
Your skin looks great to me tho.Yep, pretty much.
Try washing your face before and after bed too.Of course it will!
Even your hair will get better because of the water.Yes.. Also, get plenty of good sleep and sex. :D
