Never take diet pills or any kind of suppliments for that matter.
Why? Becuase they are scientifically proven to do little or no help. In my opinion, diet pills are used as a placebo to make you more confident that you're losing weight, which you will becuase you are trying harder. And then as soon as a person loses weight, everyone wants this pill. And all these multi million dollar companies get even richer.
So it the natural way. Some guidlines to follow are:
1-Find out how many calories you burn a day. And eat less then you burn.
2-Focus on fruits and veggies becuase they have many vitamines needed.
3-Focus on cardio 6 days a week. Mix it up so it doesn't get boring.
4-Stay motivated, this doesn't happen over night, but its worth it when it does.
A healthy weight loss is a pound a week. It may sound like a litte but in 6 months, you can lose 24 pounds!
You goal for the summer is too fast and unrealistic.
I hope I helped.

No diet pills work long term. They mainly shed water weight which you'll gain back when you stop taking them. They also have unsafe side effects generally. Best not to take them. The only diet pills that are safe are based on conjugated linoleic acid, but you can get that from real food (dairy specifically) and that's a much better way of getting it.
Try using a good thermogenic fat burner because they work the best and REALLY do work because they help your body to burn more fat all the time. They have been proven to work in real scientific research studies and you can still find true thermogenic products available and this page explains why and how well they work: thermophenphen.com/thermogenic_weightloss_supplements_work.asp
I used diet pills and they didn't work and some are proven to give you a heart attach. The best thing is the regular old diet and exercise. Trust me diet pills are a waste of money. What helped me was having a cup of coffee before my workouts then they turned out better.

I've gone from obese to toned and I never took ONE diet pill. They are the wrong way to go for so many reasons. it doesn't matter what your excuse is. I'll say it again. It doesn't matter what your excuse is.
A good "workout enhancer" is caffeine. Coffee and caffeine pills give you an energy boost, and they aren't expensive at all. You aren't promised weight-loss by taking in caffeine, but they will aid you in losing weight if you truly want to do it.@ update. Maybe an FDA drug, Alli.

Read through the site CAREFULLY.My recoendation is to skp the pills and work out and diet...you'll look healthier at the interview that way! You'll lose strength and likely calcium depletion with those pills.
I don't take those, but I do use boosters which have helped me reduce my intake by 25%. A friend of mine also managed to loose 3st using them as well as a diet plan.
screw diets. if it's for a specific event then fine. but if you have the willpower to restrict your diet massively, you can just change it slightly in the long run
I don't do diet pills anymore because they can cause a lot of internal issues. Why not do a healthy food diet, excerise, think more positive and natural
Best recommendation: NEVER use them. They can have a bad to very bad effect on the body.
