However, I am getting older but my intake of food is still the same. I love food and rather get all the necessary nutrient from food than pills. I gag when trying to swallow them...yuck.
My diet...
3 full meals a day...no processed or fast food. I don't care for sweets
snacks - love all kinds of fruit, nuts...if I must snack...i usually don't need to.
meals-are usually, some crab, lots of dark leafy greens/, all kinds of veges. and protein (almost any meat (as long as not internal lol). fish, chicken, steak, yum...pork...i don't mind a little fat, eggs, some tofu, some bean
drinks-morning tea (milk and honey), water (8 glasses)
