I want lose weight and would like to ask if you think I eat too much ?
for example:
today I ate :
2 slices of bread with cheese and tomatos + tea
1 peanut + coffe
scrambled eggs ( 5)
and yesterday:
2 slices of bread with cheese and tomatos + tea
1 piece of cake + coffe
rice with vegetables and tomato sauce
Excluding this tea and coffe I drink only water.
Is this many ? is this possible to lose weight eating like this?
