Cycling. It's fun. Burning your tires down! And injury-proof, unlike running. Also it's more fun in the hills - but it requires more power to cycle in the hills, so - there's double fun and double results, but it takes double effort.
Swimming is fun! It requires a lot of power to swim fast, so as more you'll enjoy being in the water, if more you'll be there, then better effects it will have.
Set an aim for yourself and reach it, for example running a certain distance, if you want you can also set for it a certain time. Then train and reach it. The sense of achievement will rise your self-esteem and it will give you joy from, exercising, joy from improving yourself not just in the physical ability capacity but also in looks - by slimming up at the same time in the process.
Eat a lot of fruits. This is not about exercise but you need it. We all know that healthy food sucks and it tastes like sh*t. Except fruits - they're amazing, and they're the most tasty healthy foods in the world. Even artificial manufactured sh*t like sodas and cakes use fake sweeteners to imitate the taste of fruits - but instead of eating them you must eat out the real thing!
I used to manage a gym in a previous job. A lot of overweight girls would go and quit shortly after joining, mostly because they had a similar mindset that you do. The thing that I found most helpful for overweight girls is to make sure they have a partner(s) to help them out emotionally. It could be a personal trainer if you can afford it, it could be a group fitness class where other guys or girls can hold you accountable for being there and making progress, or it could be a friend who you workout with at the same time.
Exercise is NOT enjoyable when you are overweight. The key to success (and I say this as a professional who used to see success and failure) is the support network you need to make your goals become a reality. Once you reach your goals, it is much more enjoyable to maintain your better figure. The road to that point is tough, but totally worth it. Find your support group and make it work.

Yes, it does. Finding the people to help you through it and give you advice/encouragement is more than half the battle!
I listen to music while I walk or jog. That helps for a while. I also really like exercise DVDs - But I have to find good ones that aren't too too difficult. And I need ones with really enthusiastic and encouraging host/instructor people. I find workout DVDs the easiest way to exercise. all I have to do is do what they tell me to until the DVD is over and then I'm done! It might not be fun exactly but I think its the easiest way to get through a workout.
I understand how you feel.I do sit up 5 times a week and most of the time I didn't enjoy it but since I want to look good I have to do it.*Sigh* Anyway I use to play some of my favorite songs till I'm done.Looking at some models with hot figure help to.Sometimes insecurity can increase your effort on something,but make sure its rational.

Music / TV is very useful for this.
Also...make sure that you're not working TOO hard to the point of actual sharp pain in muscles, bones, and/or joints.
That sizzling burn is good...sharp pain is bad, cauz you can seriously injure yourself.

For me, who was about 100lbs heavier a few years ago, I HATE cardio machines. I'd rather play a sport, swim, walk around the neighborhood to get my cardio.
Get into weightlifting. It burns more calories than cardio alone, and builds muscles that boosts overall metabolism.
Do cardio AFTER your weightlifting as a cool-down, or you can dedicate entire days to cardio.

Overall, I think you need to do something else besides cardio machines, cauz I think that you sincerely don't enjoy them.
There are so many ways to be active, that you don't have to do one you don't like. :)
It sometimes takes a while to find your own sport that you really enjoy. Go out there and try out everything like kickboxing, swimming, soccer, gym, bodypump.. You are going to end up with something you really enjoy. It took me a while to do so.
Other thing you can try is watching TV or listening to music while you work out. I do that all the time

You need to be that sort of person, because fat people are lazy, they don't want to lose weight, they just want it taken off them so they can eat more and do less, because everyone hates exercise, but fat people are the only ones who think they are special and don't bother. if your one of these fat people who cant, then dont, get fatter, but if your not, then get your a$$ in gear and do some work, prove to yourself that your not one of these fat lazy punks who just want to eat and sleep their lives away, the choice is yours, get moving or die eating,

I have a ton of skinny friends who eat a ton and never exercise. what you really mean is "i have irrational dislike and problems for fat people, instead of all people who live a certain way but look differently." but that's okay. hell no this didn't motivate me. you can kiss my fat ass for all I care. I don't listen to idiots, no matter how buff they are.

Who eat a lot but don't exercise. they probably aren't fit and watch what happens as they age.
do it while watching TV or listening to music. stop thinking about how tired you are,and think about the results,or focus on the music.
Remove All the Cloths then stand up in front of mirror, I am sure you will think about exercise.
think about it, sure. that doesn't make it fun though. reading comprehension skills are great.
if you see your own natural body without cloths you will sure think about to make your body fit and you will think of exercise.
Listen to bad ass music or watch inspiring movies
