So many exercises to list... Umm squats, wall sits, lunges, "rollerblade" exercise, elliptical machines, etc. From watching doctor oz I think I remember that for diets for you thighs and butt, you need to focus on a low fat diet, rather than a low carb diet. Its important to really concentrate on a sustainable diet rather than a crazy low cal diet that you'll just end up regaining the weight lost. It sounds like your in a good weight range so id just focus on making your current diet a little more healthy :)

haha story of my life! I just started on raspberry ketones, hopefully that'll help with my weight loss :/ I'm like you, but instead of thighs and butt, I have tummy and hip weight I'm trying to burn off.
Yeah lol. I do crunches all the time because I like having little showing abs, lol. I got this new app for my iPod called MyFitnessPal. It keeps me motivate lmao
Heres an excellent work out:
20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 jump lunges/scissor lunges, 20 jump squats all in rapid succession
you may look like you're doing intense tea-bagging but trust me I do a lot of sports like junior a hockey and this is killer. Try doing even 10 of each if you can't do 20
