Have acne. Those nose strips some people wear: do they work?

I don't usually break out on my face, but on my nose it looks like it is covered in tiny little black heads (but they aren't black) or like the pores are really big. I'm curious as to know whether those nose strips some people wear: do they work? I out mask on my nose usually, but the acne is still there and bad! It's like everybody in my grade seems to have a clean nose but me. I wash my face everyday, take showers every other day, why won't theses thins go away!?

The nose can have notoriously large pores. Hot weather (and water) opens pores, while cold weather closes them. If you live in a humid environment they're likely to get clogged more often than not. There are certain washes for black heads and certain cleansers for reducing pore size. Now to get rid of them initially, you can immediately after you shower begin to apply pressure to the areas around the black head. Usually it doesn't take a huge amount and I wouldn't force it either.

no idea, I am 30 and sometimes STILL get them

i found that there is a product called acnevir that works really well, its a gel and you put a tiny bit on each one and it shrinks them and gets rid of them, fairly quickly. id try that. I never used much else, other than special soaps an such but they never worked for me
