What do you mean by you get sick? Do you mean, you just think it is bitter and you don't like the flavor or something? Or are you getting a stomach ache maybe from too much sugar from those concoctions Starbucks serves up?
If the former, try a smoother coffee. Dunkin Donuts is relatively smooth. A dash of salt in the coffee grains when you brew at home can also neutralize bitterness. A clean coffee machine is important. Things like sugar/sweeteners and cream help to make it less bitter. If the later, lay off the sugary drinks... When I started drinking coffee back when I was a teenager I use to drink it with cream and sugar. Gradually over time I started drinking it without the cream, though I still use creamer, whipped cream, or even ice cream sometimes. =P

first of all, a frappocino isn't a coffee. Its a milkshake with a shot of espresso.
Get a a short bold. Add some milk, no sugar.
You may be bothered by the caffeine, especially if you are getting grade+ blended drinks which have multiple shots of espresso.
Get a short bold. Bold has less caffeine then milder roasts - darker the roast, less caffeine.
Maybe try a decaf Americano and see if that doesn't bother your stomach.
If you get sick, it means it's not good for you.
Coffee is full of caffeine which can be pretty addictive.
You might not like the answer, but your body knows what's good for you, if you can't yet drink coffee, don't try to force it, wait till you're a bit older.
I would just not drink it, but personally I don't drink it
