The thing about these supplements is that the evidence in favor of them is purely anecdotal. There are so many factors, such as the placebo effect, so some people may lose weight while taking it, but it doesn't necessarily mean Raspberry Ketones will help you lose weight.
In order for a supplement to be trustworthy, it needs to have decades of research. We need to the know the long-term effects in a double-blinded controlled study.
There are a ton of supplements out there and it's a really profitable industry. But seriously, healthy diet and regular exercise are the most important factors. If your diet is anything short of impressive, the keytones or any supplements will do nothing for you.

There's no magic bullet here that isn't toxic. Eating less and working out will make you ose weight, not some strange chemical 'natural; or not.
im taking the ketone diet pills, I got a great offer so I decided to try which I normally don't do but dr oz swore by them so I thought what the heck. I have only been on them for a couple of days and I haven't workout while while taking the pills so it hasn't don't anything for me exept I have eaten whatever I wanted nd not gain weight. So I hope when I'm bck working out at the gym it will help with the burning.
Nope, just gotta do it the old fashioned way. Diet and exercise.
