Trending & News Like TDS said, we all go through a lot of changes...
For me, I am blessed with good genetics aside from being only 5 ft. tall.
otherwise, I have been the same weigh since adultlescence. I have very high motbalism. after I turned 30, I noticed a bit of slow down, no big deal. I just ate more veg. portent and less crab.
now that I am approaching 40, I am not certain yet since there are other factors play in interms of weigh gain or lost, such as having two kids and being stressed out. I am however back to my pre baby weigh which is 105 lbs. 100 is ideal, but I am not going to kill myself. I look good for being 40.
Even though I am in good weigh, but I am not fit at all since I don't do any form of excersie for better health, the only activity activities I do nowadays is claiming up 5 floors for work. I used to be able to run up without going out of breath, now I could do up to the 4th floor.
i gained weight but I don't really care. I never go to the gym and I eat whatever I want. how much I want. I'm thankful I don't have fine lines showing yet. I have seen some girls younger than me that already have wrinkles showing.
When I was young I played a lot of sports and had little to no real responsibility. I had a lot of time to be active. I stayed relatively fit most of my teenage years and early 20s. Mid 20's and on had a lot more to do, and less time to stay active, though I still do a lot of stuff when I have time like running, weight lifting, mountain biking, SCUBA, etc. I run through cycles of gaining a fat weight and then dropping fat weight and toning muscle. I don't really have a problem gaining more muscle or dropping fat if I can stay consistent on an exercise regime and tune my diet accordingly. I really need to find time to exercise every day, but it gets sacrificed for work of some kind far too often. This week I was only able to get 3 miles in twice. Not very much. =|
My body has stayed just about he same ever since my Junior year of high school, until I started weight lifting. Once I quit for a while and my body went back to the same as it was before. Individual girls and guys have lots of different genetic and hormonal changes that go one throughout their entire lives, so each person and their changes or lack of changes really matter on an individual level. Thankfully I have great genes that can't put on weight easily. That being said, it is also hard to pack on muscle as well without eating a lot and exercising a lot. It is a trade off, but that's never changed since I hit puberty.

I'm honestly not sure. I really didn't work out till I was post 30. I was never in good shape (and still not in shape I'm happy with).
Perhaps it would have been easier.
I've maybe noticed some mild changes in last few years. Apparently t levels start going down mid 30's for men. Not major, but some change.
I didn't gain muscle easy when young either, so ... its hard to say.
Not much I went from lanky skinny at 20, then fat slob by 30, then after 40 I dropped more than 80lbs in a short period and got the physique I have now. So over 40 I'm better shape than at 30 lol.
I work harder at staying in shape since I turned 30, and the girls keep telling me I must have been so handsome when I was young, because I'm so good looking now!
It hasn't. I toned up a little bit and have maintained that.
