Is doing just mainly Cardio exercise, work-outs, good and healthy for you? running, jogging, exercise bikes?

and using treadmills, elliptical machines, etc.? Because lately every week now, like 3 to 4 days a week I've been using an Exercise Recumbent Bike I have at Home, I use it for like an hour or little more than that every time I've been using it lately, burning more calories each time I use it, today I burned 610 calories in 66 minutes.

Anyway, because I do want to get back into strength exercising and work-outs, using weights, etc., but I'm trying to get the motivation to do that again, but I'd say I pretty well am getting more motivation to do cardio exercises, work-outs.
